Within the framework of the reception of the Summit of the African Union in July 2009, the Minister for the Land Reform, of the Fields and the Regional planning invites the suitable  candidates to express their interest to the project of the transfer of land of 15 ha   located in Antanetibe –Antehiroka Ivato for the building of the African Village comprising of 54 presidential  villas. The said work must be carried out at the latest on 1^st May 2009 consisting in :

-                  Installation and development of the platform of the reception of the African Village

-                  Construction of the 54 presidential villas

-                  Furnishing of the 54 presidential villas

-                  Building of an access to the site to RN 52 A  

The selection of the documents will be based on the following papers to be  provided by each candidate: 

-                  Letter of expression of interest; 

-                  Contract of possible partnership (financial, technical); 

-                  Copy of documents justifying the legal existence of the candidate dated of less   than 3 months

-                  Presentation of the annual turnover

-                  Professional reference (similar work). 

The candidates are requested to address their documents proving that they are qualified and have enough experience about the work. The selected candidates will receive the tender documents and will be invited to give in their proposal. 

                          The interested consultants can obtain additional information about the reference at the following address mentioned according to: The Person Responsible for the Public Markets, door N° 04, in the ground floor of the  Ministry  of the Land Reform, of the Fields and the Regional Planning in Anosy. 

                          The expression of interest must be deposited at the Secretariat of the Person Responsible for the Public Markets, Ministry of the Land Reform, of the Fields and the Regional Planning – Anosy, Door N° 04, ground floor at the latest it 09 Juin 2008 at 10 o’clock and will be immediately opened after the deadline of the offers in the presence of the candidates or their representatives who wish to attend it.  The candidatures deposited after the delay will not be accepted .  The tender of the offers by electronic way will not be authorized.
